David has worked for well known artists such as Ashley Tisdale, Iyaz, Charice, Darin, Mohombi, Heidi Montag, V-Factory, No Angels and many more. This blog is dedicated to the talented songwriter and artist!

Charice ft Iyaz – Pyramid

Performing the Billboard chart-topping dance single Pyramid with singer/rapper Iyaz and the legendary David Foster on piano, Charice took command of Oprah’s stage and gave a stunning delivery that showed why she has become one of the music industry’s outstanding performers. Indeed, more than 3 million fans have watched her videos on You Tube, and her single Pyramid and newly recently self-titled “Charice” album are quickly taking the world by storm.

It’s been a fast ride for Charice. The petite Filipina was a struggling teen-aged girl in Manila just three years ago. She entered one singing competition after another to help bring food to the table for her single mom Raquel and younger brother, Karl. Everyday life for Charice and her family changed dramatically after she was discovered in the Internet and then appeared on Oprah and the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Charice has bought her mom a house and a car, the legendary David Foster has taken her under his wing, and she’s become good friends with Oprah.

“I always get to hug her — that’s my favorite!,” the singing start says of her relationship with the talk-show host. “I have learned to have her same attitude and to never stop dreaming.”

Some of the words of Pyramid, written by Swedish songwriter David Jassy, aptly describe Charice’s struggle to the top.

David Jassy and Darin – What If

The song “What If” is written by David Jassy and produced by Twin. It’s a project given to Darin and the Swedish organisation Friends. It brings up the important of the consequences of bullying and “Imagine how you would feel, If you were the one they’d be picking on”?. Friends wants people to think, listen and ask yourself the question. The goal is to spread the message to as many as possible for a change to happen were bullying is.

David Jassy – Exit

David Jassy’s song Exit became a very popular song in 2008 when it was leaked on the internet. It has over 30 000 views on youtube and counting. It’s an amazing pop song and great vocals!

Exit lyrics

Verse 1:
Could it be
That I’ve just been struck by your electricity
Chemistry
I can feel her voltage radiate through me

Hey, no girl is better
Giving me a heartattack
I’m loving your swagger
When you’re backing it up on me like that
You know that it’s often
Just to look at what reacts
There’s no turning back
I know have to leave with you, you, you

Chorus
You’re overloading my senses
My system’s defenses
My heart’s in a stress when I’m next to you
There is no way I can prevent this
Your body’s relentless
So let’s make a move

Chorus:
Girl we can slip right out the exit exit exit
We can slip right out the exit exit exit
Tonight I’m gonna treat you, leave you breathless
But first we gotta exit exit exit

Verse 2:
Gotta go
There’s an urgency this emergency can’t hold
From the floor to the door
Let’s knock it out like T.K.O

Hey no girl is better
Giving me a heartattack
I’m loving your swagger
When you’re backing it up on me like that
You know that it’s often
Just to look at what reacts
There is no turning back
I know have to leave with you, you, you

Chorus:
You’re overloading my senses
My system’s defenses
My heart’s in a stress when I’m next to you
There’s no way I can prevent this
Your body’s relentless
So let’s make a move
Girl we can slip right out the exit exit exit
Slip right out the exit exit exit
Tonight I’m gonna treat you, leave you breathless
But first we gotta exit exit exit

Bridge:
All night
Been thinkin’ what I’m gonna do
Strobelight
Is busy setting up the mood
As soon as we can get inside
If you jump into my ride
The night isn’t close to over

Chorus:
You’re overloading my senses
My system’s defenses
My heart’s in a stress when I’m next to you
There’s no way I can prevent this
Your body’s relentless
So let’s make a move
Girl we can slip right out the exit exit exit
Slip right out the exit exit exit
Tonight I’m gonna treat you, leave you breathless
But first we gotta exit exit exit
